Job summary

Professional Transportation Consulting, Inc. seeks an experienced Director of Executive Compensation to lead design, analysis, governance and administration of our executive pay programs.

You will provide market data driven recommendations and collaborate across HR, Legal, Finance, Tax, Accounting and Investor Relations. This highly visible role requires deep expertise in base salary, annual incentives, long‑term equity incentives, and proxy disclosures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive compensation experience, with executive compensation in a public company.
• Deep knowledge of annual/long-term incentive design, equity, benchmarking, and governance.
• Experience creating materials for Compensation Committees and senior executives.
• Strong SEC disclosure knowledge and related tax/accounting/governance considerations.
• Advanced financial modeling with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong project-management skills.
• Experience in enterprise software/technology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, evaluation, and management of executive compensation programs.
• Develop market-based recommendations and governance materials.
• Manage relationship with third‑party consultant and Board committees.
• Prepare compensation committee materials and calendar, ensuring timely delivery.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Tax on disclosures and regulatory filings.
• Model costs, dilution, and scenario analyses for pay programs.
• Maintain data integrity across analyses and reporting.
