People Inc. in New York City is seeking a Director of Executive Compensation who will balance deep equity governance with the executive presence required to design and execute competitive reward strategies across the company.

Reporting to the VP of Total Rewards, you will partner with Finance, Legal and HR to manage the full lifecycle of equity awards, prepare Board materials, and ensure regulatory compliance and accurate disclosures.

Competenze

• 8+ years of compensation experience in a public company.
• Hands-on equity administration including stock options and RSUs.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, or Business; CCP a plus.
• Strong data integrity and reporting skills.
• Ability to communicate with executives and the board.

Mansioni

• Manage global equity awards lifecycle and related governance.
• Maintain equity database and generate routine and ad-hoc reports.
• Educate employees on equity plans and communications.
• Coordinate with Payroll/Finance on vesting and reporting.
• Lead executive benchmarking and proxy material preparation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and 16b- and disclosure matters.
