Job summary

FTI Consulting is seeking a Manager – Executive Compensation to design, develop and administer executive pay programs, aligning with business objectives and helping attract, reward and retain top executives. The role partners with HR leaders and senior management across regions to deliver effective compensation solutions.

You will report to the Director – Executive Compensation and collaborate with legal, payroll and finance to ensure accurate tax treatment and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field.
• 5+ years of executive compensation admin experience.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills (pivot tables, nested IFs, V- and X-lookups, Index/Match).
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time; sponsorship not provided.
• Ability to travel to FTI offices as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare standard and ad hoc Compensation Committee materials.
• Participate in the design of executive compensation sections of the proxy.
• Evaluate program structure against peer market and best practices.
• Manage year-end compensation planning and gender pay analysis for executives.
• Design and lead enhanced reporting for senior management performance.
• Coordinate with legal, payroll and finance for accurate tax and accounting.
• Develop expertise and propose enhancements to compensation programs.
• Apply technical tax, accounting and regulatory requirements.
• Respond to compensation-related questions from executives.
• Ensure governance and compliance of pay programs.
• Perform ad-hoc executive compensation analyses.
