Bullish US LLC is seeking a Director of Exchange Sales to lead global enterprise sales and expand our institutional footprint in the digital asset space. You will originate, develop, and close major opportunities with hedge funds, banks, asset managers, and other financial institutions.

The role requires deep industry knowledge of crypto markets, regulated products, and a demonstrated ability to drive multi‑product adoption across Bullish's platform.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of proven sales leadership experience in crypto/digital assets, or high-growth FinTech.
• Strong network of C-Suite relationships across financial services.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals and multi-product deals.
• Mastery of the full sales cycle with autonomous execution.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute sales strategies to expand client base and revenue.
• Origin and close new institutional business leveraging executive relationships.
• Maintain pipeline data and provide market insights for growth.
• Collaborate with Legal/Compliance to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Travel domestically and internationally for client engagement.
