TripActions is seeking an Event Travel Manager to provide top-tier travel management for key clients across the United States. The role includes assisting travellers with bookings, changes, and problem resolution, while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring program objectives are met.

The position requires experience in group travel planning, GDS systems, and excellent communication. A remote work arrangement is supported, with flexibility to align with client needs and growth

Formación

• 4+ years of Group Travel planning experience preferred.
• Proficient MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Google Suites skills.
• Professional oral and written communication skills required.
• Navan TravelXen knowledge is preferred with strong understanding of travel bookings.
• Client facing video calls for setup and project management required.
• Knowledge of internal communication tools – Slack.

Responsabilidades

• Provide the highest possible level of Event Travel Management to key clients.
• Develop relationships across Navan to support clients’ event objectives.
• Assist travellers with personalized travel support and handle changes or cancellations.
• Provide accurate fare information for hotel, flight, car, and rail bookings.
• Coordinate program planning from post-sale to final billing.
• Participate in team meetings and stay updated on product launches and initiatives.
