Responsibilities

• Lead North American Leisure Groups Management Team objectives.
• Oversee Cvent website development, registration and attendee management.
• Collaborate with marketing and business teams to drive sales and revenue growth.
• Provide client engagement support for group programs.
• Identify new group prospects and prepare compelling proposals.
• Coordinate team schedules and monitor delivery and payment timelines.
• Maintain accurate group departure manifests and campaigns on intranet.
• Engage diverse audiences with strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Be flexible with extended workdays and occasional weekends.
