Job summary

GO - Global Outsourcing is seeking an Event Manager to join the Special Events Team in a remote role with 25% travel. You will support planning, coordinating, and delivering high‑quality events for a large hotel chain, handling logistics, communications, branding, and reporting.

Responsibilities include collaborating with internal stakeholders, managing registration, budgets, and vendor contracts, and delivering live, hybrid, and virtual events with professional execution and data-driven

Qualifications

• Proven experience planning and executing events from concept to completion.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to manage multiple events.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience managing budgets, vendor contracts, and tracking expenses.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, WebEx, and Zoom.
• Experience with Salesforce and MicroStrategy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure timely event execution.
• Create communications, agendas, and event-related presentations.
• Manage branding by coordinating assets with design teams.
• Monitor inboxes and respond within 24 hours.
• Handle attendee registration and updates.
• Support contracting, RFPs, and vendor billing.
• Coordinate live, hybrid, and virtual events.
• Track post-event surveys and insights.
