Job summary

OCHIN, a nonprofit leader in health care innovation, is seeking a Vice President of Epic Applications to advance Epic strategy, delivery, and support for a nationwide network.

Reporting to the COO, you will lead a large, multidisciplinary team, define enterprise Epic standards, and ensure best-in-class performance, reliability, and user experience across Epic modules such as EpicCare, Resolute, MyChart, Beaker, and Bridges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, IT, Informatics, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in health IT, Epic systems, or digital health operations.
• Experience delivering enterprise outcomes with clinical/revenue leaders.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise Epic platform strategy and multiyear roadmap for build, optimization, and support.
• Lead Epic design, configuration, testing, deployment, and long-term support.
• Ensure Epic is a scalable product with strong customer service and outcomes across diverse environments.
• Oversee governance for intake, prioritization, and sequencing of Epic work.
