This role partners with the VP of Sales and operations leaders to translate national strategy into actionable go-to-market plans, while enforcing CRM rigor and standardized sales processes. Travel 40%+ is required and duties include executive-level engagements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales leadership experience in waste management or environmental services.
• Experience leading in a matrix organization across large geographies.
• Strong collaboration, executive presence, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize the national environmental solutions sales strategy.
• Drive new sales, retention, and cross-sell across lines of business.
• Manage CRM system usage and pipeline health, enable priority-based selling.
• Lead negotiations with executive-level customers and stakeholders.
• Travel 40%+ as required.
