You will develop new business, negotiate and close complex loans, coordinate with treasury partners, mentor a team, and report results to senior management. Travel up to 50% may be required. A 12+ year track record in commercial banking is expected.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Previous leadership experience required.
• Advanced to expert knowledge of banking operations, lending, and regulatory compliance.
• Expert relationship management and communication skills.
• Travel up to 50% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Identify target markets for new business and develop a book of relationships.
• Negotiate, underwrite, and coordinate closing of major and complex loans.
• Develop business checking and deposit relationships.
• Conduct market research and develop product/service recommendations for target markets.
• Solicit new business and collaborate with treasury partner for client experience.
• Hire, coach, and develop the team; report results to superiors.
