Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in team building and performance management.
• Advanced to expert knowledge of lending, underwriting, and credit policies.
• Strong relationship management and client development skills.
• May require travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the division's strategic plan to grow the book of business.
• Identify target markets and lead business development activities.
• Negotiate, underwrite, and coordinate closings of major corporate loans.
• Cultivate treasury partnerships to deliver seamless client experiences.
• Lead and develop the team, including hiring and coaching.
• Represent the Bank at community and industry functions to grow business.
