Job summary

FormFactor, Inc. seeks a hands-on Director of Business Transformation to establish and lead FORM Enterprise Transformation Group in San Antonio, TX. You will diagnose root causes, redesign operating models, implement practical solutions, and ensure sustainable ownership by the business.

Reporting to the CFO, you will translate ELT priorities into engagements, lead a multidisciplinary team, drive governance, and realize measurable value through disciplined delivery and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Finance, or related.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in business transformation, operating model design, or related roles.
• Proven success leading complex cross-functional transformations from diagnosis through implementation.
• Strong financial and business acumen including business-case development and value realization.

Responsibilities

• Lead FORM Enterprise Transformation Group as a lean, high-impact capability for cross-functional challenges.
• Translate ELT priorities into scoped, time-bound engagements with sponsorship and ownership.
• Diagnose root causes, redesign operating processes, and drive minimum viable solutions to future-state design.
• Facilitate executive decisions, remove cross-functional barriers, and ensure value realization.
• Develop baseline, sponsorship, resource plans, measures, and sustainment for engagements.
• Lead end-to-end process diagnosis and redesign across functions with analytics, automation, and AI.
