Job summary

FormFactor, Inc. is seeking a Senior Transformation Analyst to provide the analytical foundation for cross-functional transformation initiatives. You will develop business cases, financial and operational models, and portfolio dashboards, collaborating with Finance, IT, and business units.

You will move from ambiguous problems to trusted fact bases, with hands-on modeling, reporting, and executive recommendations, delivering sustainable insights and value realization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial analytics, business analytics, transformation, FP&A, or related roles.
• Experience building business cases and complex financial or operational models.
• Advanced Excel and hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Qlik, or similar tools.
• Practical SQL capability and Python, scripting, or automation for data prep and modeling.
• Ability to explain methods and conclusions to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business issues into analytical questions, hypotheses, data requirements, and decision criteria.
• Own transformation business cases with baselines, investment needs, benefits, risks, and timing.
• Build financial and operational models to evaluate revenue, margin, cost, cash, and productivity.
• Develop dashboards and executive decision packages for ELT and stakeholders.
• Partner with IT and finance to validate assumptions and refresh models as conditions change.
