Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for OCTA’s enterprise applications, data, and analytics.
• Establish department strategies, roadmaps, governance, and priorities.
• Direct lifecycle management of enterprise applications and modernization efforts.
• Lead data warehousing, integration, BI, reporting, and analytics.
• Oversee SharePoint, content management, Power Platform, and automation.
• Collaborate with business leaders to modernize processes and apply automation and AI.
• Ensure disciplined project delivery with clear scope and risk management.
• Develop budgets, staffing, and vendor contracts; mentor staff.
