Job summary
Sinclair Broadcast Group seeks a Director of Enterprise SaaS Delivery to lead technical delivery and demand shaping for our enterprise SaaS applications. You will supervise a Technical Delivery Manager and a Technical Product Owner, ensuring releases, integrations, dependencies, and production readiness are managed with discipline.

Qualifications
- Eight or more years in enterprise application delivery and SaaS delivery with leadership experience.
- Ability to translate business needs into high-level requirements and business cases.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and executive reporting skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and evaluate the Technical Delivery Manager and Technical Owner.
- Set delivery governance for SaaS apps including release planning and dependency management.
- Review vendor roadmaps and alignment with product priorities and change-management needs.
- Provide leadership visibility into delivery performance and technical risks.
- Ensure SDLC, security, and production-readiness standards are met.
