Blue Yonder seeks a Senior Director of Digital Workplace & Service Delivery to lead enterprise technology services supporting a global workforce. You will drive reliability, service quality, and continuous improvement across End User Computing, Digital Workplace, ITSM, and operations.

You will partner with VP-level leaders, manage globally distributed teams, and shape the employee technology experience, balancing cost, risk, and performance in a fast-paced SaaS enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years in IT, Infrastructure, Digital Workplace, or related technology leadership.
• 5+ years leading technology organizations at a leadership level.
• Experience leading globally distributed teams and technology operations.
• Strong experience across End User Computing, Digital Workplace, ITSM, or enterprise technology service delivery.
• Experience managing large-scale technology environments and complex operational organizations.
• Strong ITIL/ITSM knowledge.
• Proven experience managing technology budgets, vendors, contracts, and initiatives.
• Ability to lead through major incidents and organizational changes.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership for technology service delivery and operations globally.
• Oversee Digital Workplace, End User Computing, and endpoint management strategies.
• Drive ITSM maturity and automation with platforms like ServiceNow.
• Lead operational excellence initiatives, AI-enabled support, and observability.
• Standardize processes and optimize cost while maintaining service quality.
• Partner with architecture and engineering for operability and resiliency.
• Develop leaders and globally distributed teams, establishing clear metrics.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and strategic initiatives.
