Procare Software, LLC. is seeking a Director of Internal Technology Delivery to bridge corporate systems teams and leadership. You will drive end-to-end implementation, define governance, and align technology with business value across CRM, ERP, marketing automation, and contact-center platforms.

The role requires 8+ years of leadership in technology and a proven ability to optimize cross-functional ecosystems in a dynamic, hybrid Denver environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 8+ years' technology leadership experience.
• Experience with corporate/business systems (CRM, ERP, marketing automation, and communication platforms).
• Strong governance, PMO frameworks, and project governance.
• Experience with internal customer management and cross-functional engagement.
• Technical solution architecture and design.
• Vendor and partner technology management.
• Change management and technology adoption.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the corporate systems technology delivery.
• Establish centralized technology intake and prioritization.
• Create governance frameworks for cross-functional initiatives.
• Drive end-to-end implementation and delivery of technology solutions.
• Develop and implement comprehensive technology delivery strategies.
• Create detailed evaluation frameworks for technology investments.
• Assess initiatives for strategic alignment, business value, resource requirements, and implementation complexity.
• Manage full lifecycle of technology transformation efforts.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of delivery processes.
• Collaborate across security, IT, and business units to ensure optimal solution fit.
