Job summary

Empower LLC is seeking a Director of Security Infrastructure & Engineering to lead and expand enterprise security across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. You will steer teams responsible for network security, firewalls, Prisma Access, and secure connectivity while aligning with regulatory requirements and business goals.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in enterprise security infrastructure, network security engineering, cloud security.
• 6 to 8 years of related management experience.
• Experience with Palo Alto Networks next-gen firewalls, Panorama, and Prisma Access.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day management and performance of enterprise security infrastructure and engineering teams.
• Develop and execute departmental strategies, engineering roadmaps, and resource plans.
• Oversee design and management across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Direct architecture, deployment, and lifecycle management of Palo Alto networks solutions.
• Drive automation, infrastructure-as-code, and engineering improvements to boost efficiency.
