Empower Retirement, LLC is seeking a Director of Security Infrastructure & Engineering to lead teams responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise security across on‑premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.

You will guide network security, Palo Alto firewalls, Prisma Access, and cloud security in AWS/Azure, partnering with stakeholders to align security with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in enterprise security infrastructure or related information security disciplines.
• 6–8 years of related management experience.
• Experience leading multiple security engineering teams.
• Extensive experience with Palo Alto Networks security products and architectures.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise network infrastructure and security technologies.
• Experience with AWS and Azure security and hybrid cloud connectivity.
• Understanding of Zero Trust, SASE, and cloud security principles.

• Lead day-to-day management of security infrastructure and engineering teams.
• Develop departmental strategies, roadmaps, and resource plans.
• Oversee design and optimization of security infrastructure across on‑premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Direct deployment and lifecycle management of Palo Alto firewalls and Prisma Access.
• Oversee security architecture across AWS and Azure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent security controls.
• Ensure security platforms meet availability, performance, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive automation and infrastructure-as-code initiatives.
