Job summary

Farm Credit Financial Partners, Inc. seeks a Director of Security Architecture and Engineering to lead the strategy and execution of enterprise security architecture across cloud and on‑prem environments.

You will drive security design, risk mitigation, and collaboration with CISO, CTO, and IT teams to implement scalable, compliant protections. The role demands deep expertise in financial services security, regulatory standards, and hands-on leadership of architecture and engineering initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 15 years of related experience.
• CISSP, CISM or similar certification required; Master’s degree highly desired.
• Expert knowledge of Financial Services Information Security standards and regulations.
• Advanced communication and leadership skills for guiding security teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a Security Architecture and Engineering framework for a large financial services technology provider.
• Identify security design gaps and implement solutions aligned with industry standards and organizational goals.
• Ensure security standards are integrated with cloud and on‑prem applications and systems.
• Develop information security policies and recommendations for technology enhancements.
• Mentor and train team members on security best practices and Azure security configurations.
