Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management, business, engineering, science or related technical discipline; MBA preferred.
• 17+ years of progressive experience in project controls, PMO, mega capital projects.
• At least 5 years leading multi-disciplinary project controls or PMO teams at enterprise level.
• Experience building enterprise-wide project controls frameworks, governance, risk management.
• Working knowledge of earned value management principles and practical application.
• Strong ability to define and use KPIs and performance data for decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and continuous improvement of TRISO-X project controls across all programs.
• Oversee scheduling, cost control, estimating, risk management, and change management.
• Develop and mentor project controls engineers and analysts; balance direct and matrixed roles.
• Provide hands-on quality checks on schedules, cost reports, forecasts, risk registers, and changes.
• Shape and implement project controls processes, templates, and software across projects.
• Support early project planning, investment gates, procurement strategy, and risk frameworks.
• Maintain robust data history, knowledge management, and lessons learned archives.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
