Job summary

TRISO-X is seeking a Project Risk Analyst to design and run a comprehensive risk program for enterprise and project risks impacting safety, quality, and delivery. The role builds tools and processes for risk identification, evaluation, triggers, handling, and monitoring, integrating risk perspectives across teams.

You will work with leadership to craft mitigation strategies, coordinate risks with multiple stakeholders, and involve customers in joint risk management during development and capture

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, business, finance, or related technical field is required.
• 15+ years of risk management experience, with at least five years in project engineering/management, design, operation, or maintenance of power generation or industrial facilities in the nuclear industry.
• Formal PM training or certifications (PMI-PMP, PMI-RMP, AACE, MBA, or MS in Engineering Management) or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise-level and project-specific risk identification, measurement, and management.
• Establish tools, processes, and procedures for risk identification, evaluation, trigger events, handling, and monitoring.
• Develop mitigation strategies with risk leadership to prevent harmful practices and enable sound business decisions.
• Coordinate overlapping project risks across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Engage customers in joint risk management during customer development and capture.
• Provide risk mgmt support to Business Development as needed.
