TRISO-X seeks a Director of Project Controls to lead the enterprise planning, scheduling, cost control, estimating, risk management, and change management across its nuclear program portfolios in Oak Ridge, TN.

The role requires deep experience in managing large capital projects, strong leadership, and the ability to set governance standards, drive performance reporting, and partner with executives on strategic decisions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 17+ years of progressive experience in project controls or project management for large capital projects.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience implementing enterprise project controls frameworks and governance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and continuous improvement of TRISO-X’s project controls across programs/projects.
• Oversee earned value management (EVM) and other performance methodologies.
• Define KPIs, forecasting methods, and reporting cadence with executives.
• Develop and mentor project controls engineers and analysts; build cross-training.
• Ensure schedules, cost reports, forecasts, risk registers, and change requests are accurate.
