Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of cost engineering, scheduling, EV, risk, and commercial controls.
• Strong business acumen and ability to present to executives.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise project controls strategy, standards, and governance.
• Lead controls for design-build, CMAR, and other delivery models across regions.
• Strengthen budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and scheduling.
• Develop dashboards and actionable insights on margin and cash flow.
• Modernize platforms, workflows, and AI-enabled forecasting.
• Establish document controls, data quality, and traceability across projects.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to improve outcomes.
