Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale performance improvement initiatives with data-informed analyses.
• Identify strategic and operational project opportunities across the enterprise.
• Develop and maintain continuous improvement methodologies and governance.
• Balance cost, quality, and service to improve healthcare operations.
• Collaborate with leaders to align projects with ECG's strategic vision.
• Build stakeholder relationships and manage expectations for project success.
• Create change management plans to ensure adoption of solutions.
• Oversee staffing, budgets, and timelines for assigned projects.
• Ensure compliance with codes of conduct and organizational policies.
