Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale performance improvement initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Identify opportunities, prioritize, and drive execution across departments.
• Develop and implement change management plans to ensure adoption.
• Build and maintain relationships with executive leadership and project sponsors.
• Monitor budgets and ensure projects meet schedule and budget.
