Advocate Health in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Senior Performance Improvement Leader to drive enterprise-wide initiatives through data-informed analyses, Lean/Six Sigma practices, and collaboration with executives to balance cost, quality, and service.

The role is hybrid and based in NC, with a 40-hour work week and base compensation ranging from $75.40 to $120.65 per hour, reflecting experience and impact.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field.
• 7+ years in performance excellence or improvement within large multi-state healthcare systems or consulting.
• Experience leading large-scale performance improvement initiatives and staff development.
• Proven ability to deploy Lean, Six Sigma, TPS, and Shingo methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Manages large scale performance improvement initiatives with data-informed analyses.
• Leads opportunity assessment, prioritization and deployment of improvements.
• Develops continuous improvement systems and sustainment plans.
• Partners with site and functional leaders to drive value and culture.
• Develops and maintains project ownership across enterprise initiatives.
• Creates change management plans and supports adoption by leaders.
• Communicates progress and value to ECG leadership and stakeholders.
• Oversees budgeting and resource alignment for projects.
