Qualifications

5+ years of enterprise B2B business development or sales in payments/fintech/financial services.
Proven outbound prospecting and self-sourced pipeline creation.
Ability to discuss technology-enabled payment solutions without owning solution design.
Experience using outreach tools to manage target accounts and campaigns.
Strong CRM discipline with documented activity and forecasting.

Responsibilities

Source, engage, and qualify net-new enterprise opportunities for integrated payments.
Lead outbound prospecting to CFO, Treasury, Finance, Operations, and Product leaders.
Collaborate with Solutions Sales, Product, and Integrations teams during qualification.
Build senior-level relationships with ERP, TMS, payroll, marketplace ecosystems.
Represent Moneycorp at events and ecosystem engagements.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, scalable opportunities.
