Job summary

Circle is seeking a Director of Partner Management for Enterprise EMEA. You will own and grow a portfolio of 10–15 strategic partnerships across Europe, the Gulf and Africa, leading design to adoption with executive sponsorship and data-driven decision making.

You will collaborate with Business Development, Solution Engineering and Product to remove blockers and scale the partner program, while enabling partner teams through AI-powered training and playbooks.

Qualifications

• 12+ years managing enterprise partnerships across full lifecycle (implementation to renewal).
• Proven track record turning signed agreements into live, growing usage with measurable results.
• Deep experience in large, matrixed organizations with credibility at governance levels.
• Ability to lead cross-functional execution across Product, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Marketing and Operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive audiences.
• Fluency with AI-enabled productivity tools to synthesize data and accelerate reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a strategy to help partners implement, launch and grow their stablecoin strategy.
• Own partnerships from design to launch, adoption and commercial growth for 10–15 strategic partners.
• Lead the relationship through plan, implementation, launch and expansion after signature.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Solution Engineering; address blockers with Product/Legal/Compliance.
• Build joint plans with milestones; use AI-assisted reporting to keep plan current.
• Turn launches into ongoing partner adoption and revenue expansion.
• Train partner teams and enablement with AI-enabled playbooks and just-in-time learning.
