Job summary

Circle is seeking a Senior Partnership Manager to drive strategic partnerships across the Americas. You will own onboarding, activation and growth for first-of-kind partnerships.

Lead cross-functional teams across Business Development, Product, Legal, Marketing and Compliance to scale partnerships and deliver measurable outcomes.

This role requires a deep understanding of payments, fintech, and digital assets, with a data-driven, collaborative leadership style.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of Account Management or Business Development experience.
• Background in Payments, fintech, or digital assets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with generative AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) and prompt development.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the VP, Payments & Enterprise, Americas, drive adoption and growth across Circle’s product portfolio with partners.
• Manage onboarding, operations needs, strategic growth initiatives, escalations and day-to-day requirements.
• Develop and maintain lasting partnerships with top accounts; build a comprehensive relationship strategy with partner leadership and Circle executives.
