Circle, a leading internet financial platform, is seeking a Director of Partner Management for Enterprise EMEA. You will own and grow strategic partnerships, guiding them from design through launch, adoption, and expansion, partnering with Business Development and Solution Engineering to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will operate as the primary relationship owner, driving time-to-value, revenue opportunities, and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years managing enterprise partnerships or strategic accounts across the full lifecycle.
• A track record turning signed agreements into live, growing usage with measurable results.
• Experience navigating complex, matrixed organizations with credibility in the boardroom and with operations.
• Ability to lead cross-functional execution across Product, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Marketing and Operations without formal authority.
• Strong commercial and analytical judgment with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive-level materials.
• Fluency with AI-enabled productivity and automation tools to synthesize partner data and accelerate reporting.

Responsabilités

• Own partnership design to execution, signature, and post-signature delivery.
• Lead relationship through plan, implementation, launch and expansion with cross-functional teams.
• Manage lifecycle from signature to time-to-value and go-live commitments.
• Create scalable joint plans for partnerships with milestones, owners, and dates.
• Escalate blockers to Product, Legal, Compliance, Risk and Operations and drive outcomes.
