Stellar Health, based in New York, seeks a Director, Network Enterprise to lead a national network of enterprise primary care groups and Strategic Networks. You will own ARR, coach Account Executives and a Business Development Representative, and collaborate with Payor teams to drive value-based care expansion.

You will partner with Implementations and Provider Success to ensure smooth handoffs and scalable processes, while using Salesforce to monitor performance and drive strategic outcomes.

Competenze

• 8+ years of sales experience, including direct selling and closing new business (healthtech preferred).
• At least 4 years of people management experience leading a sales team.

Mansioni

• Own the Network Enterprise ARR goal and all team KPIs on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Directly manage, mentor, and coach a team of Account Executives and a Business Development Representative.
• Lead engagements with Strategic Networks (CINs, IPAs, and ACOs) to secure alignment and activation across member groups.
• Design, implement, and optimize the Network Enterprise sales process, playbooks, and reporting.
