Job summary

PSECU, a leading financial co‑op, seeks a Director of Marketing Strategy & Planning to translate enterprise objectives into actionable marketing roadmaps. You will guide the Marketing Strategy team across lending, deposits, and partnerships while aligning with executive leadership and business lines.

The role drives Digital Banking transformation, CRM initiatives, and brand strategy, with a focus on member growth, engagement, and retention in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in marketing strategy or related fields.
• Experience leading large-scale modernization or brand strategy initiatives.
• Experience supporting CRM, lifecycle marketing, personalization, or digital banking initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise marketing strategy, annual plans, and multi-year roadmaps aligned to growth.
• Oversee marketing portfolio prioritization and governance with cross-functional partners.
• Partner with executive leadership to translate enterprise aims into actionable marketing plans.
• Drive Digital Banking, CRM, and lifecycle initiatives and oversee brand strategy evolution.
• Collaborate across product, retail delivery, operations, and analytics to ensure alignment.
