Job summary

ABC Fitness is hiring a senior sales leader to own expansion across top accounts and to drive net-new mobile enterprise acquisition. You will manage one direct report, enablement for new products, and collaborate with SDR leadership to shape outbound sequencing for the mobile segment.

Qualifications

8–12 years in B2B SaaS with enterprise and expansion experience.
Experience selling mobile, digital coaching, or platform products to multi-location operators.
Direct people management experience (1–3 reports) and enablement material creation.

Responsibilities

Own expansion across the Top 100 strategic gym and studio accounts, leading full-cycle opportunities.
Drive net-new enterprise acquisition of mobile-first operators outside current client base.
Lead a Direct Report and coach toward quota attainment while building a high-performing pod.
Partner with Enterprise SDR to define targeting and outbound sequences for mobile segment.
Serve as the enablement owner for new products and pricing, across the sales org.
Define and build the enterprise mobile GTM motion with clear ICPs and packaging.
