Responsible for governance, risk management, and measurable ROI across diverse events. The position is fully remote within the U.S. with travel up to 40% and reports to the VP of Associate Communications.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in corporate events or related field with large programs.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale events and executive experiences (C-suite meetings, leadership conferences).
• Strong financial and operational management, including budgets, contracts, risk, and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior executives to translate priorities into leadership meetings, conferences, and events.
• Lead end-to-end event execution across a complex portfolio including strategy, planning, production, logistics, and post-event evaluation.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of event planners with clear vision and standards.
• Own budgets and financial performance; forecast, optimize investments, negotiate contracts.
• Lead cross-functional governance with communications, business units, legal, procurement, IT, and more.
• Manage strategic agency, vendor, venue, and production partnerships and hold parties accountable for quality and cost.
• Establish analytics to evaluate event effectiveness and ROI.
• Ensure on-brand, risk-managed experiences with contingency planning.
