Job summary

TuxCare Inc. is seeking a Head of Direct Sales to lead a distributed sales team across North America and EMEA, focusing on new customer acquisition, expansion within existing accounts, and renewals.

You will coach reps through live opportunities, shape complex deals, and drive a security-first value proposition. The role requires hands-on leadership, a track record in software security sales, and the ability to translate technical challenges into clear business value for executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading direct sales teams across NA and EMEA.
• Direct sales leadership in software supply chain security, SCA, or DevSecOps.
• Proven enterprise security solutions sales experience.
• Strong deal-coaching and value-selling skills.
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar enterprise sales methodology.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the direct sales strategy across North America and EMEA.
• Lead, coach, and develop Enterprise Account Executives, Account Executives, account management, renewals, and sales development team members.
• Collaborate with sales reps on active deals to uncover customer needs and craft compelling proposals.
• Support complex opportunities with negotiations and tailored terms.
• Drive revenue from new business, account growth, and renewals with a healthy pipeline and accurate forecasts.
• Review win/loss trends to improve coaching and approach.
