Qualifications

• : Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; 10+ years in software engineering/tech leadership.
• : 6+ years of people management experience with engineering managers or senior engineers.
• : Proven track record of owning production systems end-to-end and improving reliability and performance.
• : Experience stabilizing and modernizing legacy systems in production-critical environments.
• : Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, CI/CD, observability, and secure development.
• : Ability to lead cross-functional delivery with Product, Architecture, Security, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• : Provide senior leadership across engineering delivery, platform operations, and technology services.
• : Lead engineering managers and technology leaders responsible for solution delivery, production operations, and service performance.
• : Guide architecture, delivery execution, and production stability while driving modernization and operational maturity.
• : Partner with Product, Architecture, Security, and business leaders to improve execution and deliver measurable business outcomes.
