The role directs the implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of BI and analytics across the enterprise, including Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and the Power Platform. You will provide strategic direction to BI staff, collaborate with business leaders, and ensure analytics solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with company priorities while driving adoption and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Five years of system design, implementation, and maintenance experience, with at least four in a supervisory role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage and develop staff.
• Ability to analyze problems and work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling and analytics.
• Proficiency with enterprise data tools and governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the BI Systems team and set priorities across analytics platforms.
• Oversee design of dashboards with Power BI and other analytics tools.
• Ensure secure data extraction, integration, and transformation from enterprise sources.
• Promote governance, standards, and lifecycle management for analytics assets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Provide coaching and performance management for team members.
