Qualifications

• Experience leading BI in healthcare or large organizations.
• Proven ability to design and implement data architecture, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and lead the organization’s BI program in alignment with clinical and operational priorities.
• Oversee data warehouses, data marts, and analytics platforms including ETL/ELT processes.
• Drive data governance, data quality, and reporting standards across enterprise systems.
• Lead BI projects end-to-end from requirements to delivery and stakeholder adoption.
