Job summary

Terros Health is seeking a Director of Business Intelligence to lead data architecture, governance, and analytics across clinical, financial, and operational domains from our Phoenix, AZ location.

You will align BI initiatives with strategic priorities, regulatory requirements, and performance goals while guiding a high-performing BI team to deliver dashboards, reporting frameworks, and self-service analytics.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data management, including leadership responsibility.
• Experience designing and supporting enterprise BI and data warehouse solutions.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, and performance metrics.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Leadership: Develops and leads the organization’s BI strategy aligned with enterprise goals and regulatory priorities.
• Data Architecture & Analytics: Oversees data warehouses, data marts, ETL/ELT processes, and analytics platforms.
• Governance, Quality & Compliance: Leads data governance, data standards, and privacy/security compliance.
• Reporting, Projects & Operations: Manages BI projects from initiation to implementation with cross-functional collaboration.
• Collaboration & Communication: Translates complex data concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Leadership & Supervision: Provides leadership, coaching, and performance management for the BI team.
