Job summary

Merit Medical Systems in South Jordan, UT is hiring a Manager for Enterprise Data and Analytics to lead the BI Systems team and oversee the deployment of Power BI, AI technologies, and modern analytics platforms. You will drive governance, data quality, and scalable analytics across the enterprise.

The role requires strong SQL, leadership, and project management skills with a focus on delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Education and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Five years of system design, implementation, and maintenance experience with four in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the BI Systems team and set priorities and performance expectations.
• Oversee dashboards and data extraction from enterprise sources using Power BI.
• Drive adoption of AI technologies within analytics with governance.
• Ensure data quality, security, and governance across platforms.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver scalable analytics solutions.
