Job summary
Contexture seeks a Manager, Data Business Intelligence to lead BI development, architecture, and maintenance for internal and external clients. You will guide the BI team, ensure quality data visualization, and drive analytics initiatives across business units from Phoenix, Denver, or Grand Junction.
The role requires deep expertise in Tableau, PowerBI, and other BI tools, with strong leadership and healthcare informatics knowledge.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience designing, developing, maintaining, and supporting health system performance metrics.
- Experience leading cross-functional technical and user-based teams.
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred in related fields.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Contexture departments to deliver BI reporting products on time and accurately.
- Oversee delivery of rapid, actionable insights to accelerate decision-making.
- Provide supervision and management of BI staff and on-boarding plans for new employees.
- Mentor and coach staff to align with organizational goals and BI objectives.
- Design and develop BI standards and underlying data architectures for multiple projects.
