MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. is seeking a Principal, Business Intelligence Architect to lead the design, development, and optimization of BI, reporting, and data warehousing solutions for the Medicaid Fee-For-Service team.

You will partner with executives, engineers, project managers, and business customers to translate complex requirements into scalable data and reporting deliverables. The role demands deep SQL, data modeling, ETL, and data governance expertise, plus strong leadership to

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree; 8+ years related experience and SME in respective areas; 4+ years leading individuals and leaders; leadership training/mentorship plan.

Responsabilités

• Lead BI solutions design, development, testing, implementation, and support.
• Partner with analysts, stakeholders, and customers to translate requirements into scalable data/reporting solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex data, reporting, and performance issues with timely outcomes.
• Develop, maintain, and document technical requirements and design artifacts.
• Apply ETL and data warehousing best practices for accuracy and scalability.
• Design data pipelines and reporting frameworks supporting BI and analytics needs.
• Establish data quality standards, controls, and monitoring processes.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and internal security policies.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to team members.
• Research and adopt emerging BI technologies and best practices.
