Job summary

Terros Health in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Director of Business Intelligence to lead strategy, data architecture, governance, and analytics across clinical, financial, and operational teams.

You will build scalable BI platforms, oversee ETL/ELT processes, ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance, develop dashboards, and mentor a high-performing BI team to drive performance and informed decision-making for executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, CS, business, healthcare administration or related field.
• Formal certifications such as MCSA: SQL Server or MCSE BI preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive BI/analytics/data management experience with leadership.
• Experience designing and supporting enterprise BI and data warehouse solutions.
• Strong technical experience with DB platforms, analytics tools, and reporting environments.
• Advanced knowledge of BI, data warehousing, and analytics concepts.
• Understanding of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, and performance metrics.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a regulated healthcare environment.
• Must have a valid Arizona driver's license and meet Terros Health's driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Develops BI strategy aligned with enterprise goals and clinical priorities.
• Oversees data architecture, ETL/ELT, data models, and analytics platforms.
• Leads data governance, standards, definitions, and privacy controls.
• Manages BI projects from initiation to deployment with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborates with executives to define reporting requirements and dashboards.
• Mentors and develops the BI team to sustain performance and growth.
