In this senior role based in Dallas, you will act as a trusted advisor, develop account roadmaps, lead QBRs, and align offerings with market needs while monitoring industry trends to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in customer management, strategic account leadership, or enterprise sales.
• Proven success in achieving revenue targets and managing complex negotiations.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Zoho preferred) and organizational mapping tools (Lucidchart).
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance/Marketing; MBA preferred.
• Fluent professional English; additional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Compass in the marketplace, building trust and expanding customer partnerships.
• Deliver NOI objectives through effective leasing strategies and proactive customer engagement.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams during complex deal cycles with aligned priorities.
• Maintain transparency through consistent communication and detailed reporting.
• Oversee post-lease handover processes with standardized documentation and visuals.
• Develop account roadmaps and org charts to strengthen customer engagement.
• Lead QBRs to evaluate performance and identify improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align offerings with market needs.
• Monitor competitive landscape and industry developments to inform decisions.
