Compass in Dallas seeks a Vice President of Data Products & Solutions to transform its proprietary data estate into a dual-capability engine that powers internal operations and external revenue. You will own product vision, monetization, ethics, and executive partnerships across Engineering, Finance, and Operations.

Lead a cross-functional team to build data products, dashboards, APIs, and monetized research while upholding strict agent and client data protections.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in Product Management with leadership experience
• Experience turning data orgs into revenue drivers
• Strong visualization and storytelling skills

Responsabilidades

• Develop and champion a compelling product vision to align teams and accelerate value delivery
• Drive P&L and monetization across internal and external product lines
• Build high-adoption tools for agents and operations
• Commercialize enterprise data assets via API pipelines for institutional buyers
• Instill a Data as a Product operating model
• Set standards for data visualization across product surfaces
• Maintain an unconditional firewall around agent and client data
• Lead cross-functional executive partnerships across Engineering, Finance, Operations, Marketing
• Recruit and lead a world-class product team
