Job summary
Danaher Corporation seeks a Director, Enterprise Rewards Partner to lead strategic Total Rewards initiatives, governance frameworks, and cross‑functional programs spanning Compensation, Executive Compensation, Benefits, M&A, Mobility and Health & Wellness. You’ll partner with Global Total Rewards leaders to translate priorities into scalable operating models and analytics.

Qualifications
- 10+ years in compensation or related fields in a large global company or consulting
- Experience delivering technology-enabled solutions for people strategy (Workday a plus)
- Strong data skills and advanced Excel proficiency
- Experience with M&A due diligence and integration
- Aptitude for project management with multiple priorities and urgency
Responsibilities
- Lead design and improvement of Total Rewards operating models and governance structures
- Develop governance frameworks for enterprise decision-making and risk management
- Provide market insights and compensation planning support for corporate functions
- Drive executive reviews, steering committees, and leadership updates to ensure alignment
