Job summary

Danaher Corporation is seeking a Director, Enterprise Rewards Partner to drive strategic initiatives across Compensation, Executive Compensation, Benefits, and related areas. The role is fully remote in the U.S., with preference for Eastern or Central time zones.

You will partner with Total Rewards leadership to design scalable operating models, governance frameworks, and cross-functional programs while providing compensation consultation for corporate functions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in compensation or related fields at a large global company.
• Experience delivering technology-enabled HR solutions; Workday a plus.
• Strong data analysis and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with M&A due diligence and integrations.
• Excellent project management with ability to balance priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation and operating model improvements within Total Rewards.
• Develop enterprise governance frameworks and oversee execution across programs.
• Partner with Corporate Functions to provide compensation insights and guidance.
• Support governance and continuous improvement of compensation programs.
• Collaborate with Total Rewards leaders and stakeholders to translate priorities into scalable solutions.
