Job summary

Danaher is seeking a Director, Communications Strategy & Operations Excellence to design and continuously improve the DBS‑driven Communications operating model. You will enable governance, cadence, and portfolio management across enterprise Communications, aligning with senior leaders to deliver impactful strategies.

Reporting to the VP of Communications Operations, this role supports DBS capability building and standard work across global teams, with some remote work and travel.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of DBS, strategic planning, PMO leadership or enterprise‑level Communications Operations within global organizations.
• Advanced DBS/Lean practitioner with enterprise‑scale experience applying DBS tools and governance systems.
• Strong strategic, analytical and problem‑solving abilities with data‑driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Design and enable enterprise Communications leadership operating rhythms and governance cadences for clarity and disciplined execution.
• Coach senior leaders on applying DBS principles to improve workflows and reduce waste.
• Translate DBS fundamentals into Communications applications and embed standard work across global teams.
