Clover Health is seeking a Director of Enterprise Initiatives & Enablement to lead enterprise change efforts across People Operations, technology, and policy. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will align priorities with planning, communications, and training while guiding adoption and reinforcement of employee-impacting initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading enterprise portfolio management or cross-functional program delivery.
• Experience in technology change management and internal operations.
• Experience operating in public company or regulated environments.
• Ability to translate complex technical or policy changes into clear messages for employees and leaders.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and manage ambiguity.

Responsabilités

• Own a coherent view of major employee-impacting initiatives, including priorities, owners, dependencies, timing, risks, and readiness for change.
• Design, build and apply AI to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Establish governance for intake, prioritization, status reporting, decisions, and escalation.
• Partner with technology, infrastructure, and architecture leaders to sequence work around business cadences.
• Lead change plans covering stakeholder alignment, employee communications, training and adoption.
